LEADERSHIP LEVERAGE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
This is a room, not an audience. Everybody in here sat for a real conversation, got weighed honestly, and decided. That means the person next to you is a serious operator, and this room only works if we all protect what makes it different. So here's the standard.
- POST LIKE IT MATTERS. Every time you post, you publish, and everything you publish is a representation of your brand. Bring your best thinking, your real questions, and your actual results. Make every post a representation of your brand, or do your business somewhere else.
- EVIDENCE OVER MOTIVATION. We don't do the dopamine train in here. Wins get documented, not vibed. You implemented something, you got a result, you post the result. That is the currency of this room.
- NO PITCHING THE ROOM. No spam, no drive by promotion, no sliding into members' DMs with your offer. Everyone in here paid to be with peers, not prospects. Show, serve, share, and solve. Do that consistently and the business finds you anyway.
- TWENTY MINUTES A DAY. That's the rhythm this university runs on. Not three hours on a Saturday when you feel inspired. Twenty minutes, every day, until we're all speaking the same language. It's not content. It's culture.
- THE CALL IS THE HEARTBEAT. Come live when you can. Watch the vault when you can't. But stay in the rhythm, because the room only becomes a room when we're in it together.
- STRAIGHT TALK IS CARE. When a member asks for feedback, give them the truth. It's usually what you don't want to say that needs to be said. Deliver it with respect, receive it without ego.
- THE MVPs GOVERN EVERYTHING. Morals, Values, and Principles. Disagree with ideas all day long. Disrespect people and you're gone. There's no second conversation about this one.
- WHAT'S SHARED HERE STAYS HERE. Members post real numbers, real struggles, and real plans in this room. That trust is the whole value. Protect it.
- INTRODUCE YOURSELF FIRST. Before anything else, post your introduction: who you are, what you do, and the main problem in your business. One sentence each. The room can't work for you until the room knows you.
